Why is there so much crap?

hi Steve, my WORD you are demonstrating that strong protective masculine authority LEADERSHIP Skills and Leadership Training which you do so well.

I'm not familiar with that movie.

Netflix? where do I access it?

I work for a company who constantly does this to their customer's. I'm just waiting for our customer's to make good on thier threats and start going to the compitition for the needs that we can't seem to meet. Its a constant battle between sales and distribution, (good & evil). I've seen the movie that you are talking about and as with anything in life, you live and you learn. It's just that some people learn the hard way.

Steve,

I've never had to sell to a business, but I think this still applies on all levels. Bureaucracy befuddles relationship, which then hinders sales.

I've never really heard it put that simply Steve -- thank you.

It boils down to acountability for actions. The soliers wanted to be accountable for not getting in trouble, rather than accountable for winning a battle.

Excellent point: "Without a sale nothing happens". Unfortunately, very few people accept this... So instead of using their time to facilitate sales, they spend it hiding behind counter-productive procedures, or worse, endlessly creating new ones to justify the existence of their job.

So very on point.....I have spent the week screaming "the Emperor Has No Clothes" because we have no product to sell....it's the reason my boss quit and the 7 sales people before him.....and my boyffriend is looking at me and saying...."is the universe trying to tell you something?!?!?!?"

Excellent Steve
All to often in life people get caught up in their task at hand. They fail to see the larger picture. This is very unfortunate in many cases because it does send companies topeling over. A solid team that can see future success is vital to all organizations

I was talking to an insurance salesman I have known practically my whole life. He was saying how he was a sales guy and didn't know anything about being in business. To me, sales is the business. Sure, you need to comply, pay taxes, deal with all those hassles. But you don't get to pay taxes if you don't have money coming in.

Here's to paying higher taxes,

Sonya,

I agree with your boyfriend. The universe is telling you something here.
