A day of non-judgment

Comments

A non-judgemental day is difficult to put in practice but it can be done. Start with, as always, baby steps and you will achieve success. The more you practice detachment and non-judgement, the more peaceful you will become at a personal level. As a complementary care practitioner, it is essential to be able to call on both of these before, during and after a session with a client. When I teach complementary care, this is one of the topics we spend considerable time on along with ethics.

Have a fabulous trip with your girlfriend and enjoy visiting your friends. I look forward to the video, Steve!

Hi Steve, indeed, I was thinking there was such a SUPERB reason for both you and the LOVELY T having such dazzling smiles together from your pix. Now that I understand your approach is that EVERY day is Hump day, well, now you've graciously revealed one of your Secrets to an Outstanding Relationship.

Have safe travels and I'll see you Friday.

All the best,

Pretty difficult to have non-judgemental day when travelling but an interesting personal challenge.

In fact, I've just had first hand experience today (details on my blog). Took notes of facts on how things were handled and made a point of weeding out any judgements - great exercise!

This is very funny I to was actually thinking that today was a day of non judgement. I'm attesting it to me being cooked up inside a seminar hall all day, and didn't have any real reason to enact my judge mental ways.

Ya know Steve, I thought youtube was only for outrageous, funny, or crazy videos. Only now did it occur to me after reading your post that people might actually use it for other purposes. I live a sheltered life. the only time I have seen a youtube video is when my husband has said "hey, come take a look at this." Have fun on your trip, that's nice that you can bring your girlfriend.

I have heard said that "the moment you judge someone, is the moment that you lose the ability to influence them."
